Important terms and conditions for customers booking any online advice through the services section on the Men Do Care platform:

Booking and Payment:
- Bookings can be made through the website.
- Payment must be made in advance via [Accepted Payment Methods].
- Consultation fees vary based on the service and duration as shown in each Category.
- Buying any plan with a follow-up allows clients to share their feedback that are subject to plan modifications (if needed) by the specialist and as per the client’s body progress.
- Buying any plan with a Physical meeting is only available for clients residing in Dubai or Abu Dhabi cities in the UAE.
Cancellation and Rescheduling:
- Purchasing any service package is non-refundable.
- Confirmed Google meet means client’s time slot has been reserved. No rescheduling is permissible when requested within 24 hours or No show.
- Rescheduling is only possible based on availability and when made 24 hours before the pre-confirmed scheduled time slot.
Privacy and Confidentiality:
- Consultations are private and confidential.
- Personal information shared during consultations will be kept secure and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Technical Requirements:
Customers must have a stable internet connection and a suitable device with a working camera and microphone for the e-meeting session.
Consultation Conduct:
- Customers are expected to be punctual for the e-meeting appointment.
- Customers are expected to attend the Google meet well prepared with a clear objective, medical & physical history.
- All plans are personalized and are not allowed to be shared with others.
- Professional behavior and respect are required during the e-meetings.
Advice and Recommendations:
- All plans are shared once after purchase and can be utilized up to 3 months for optimal results.
- Results may vary from one person to another and subjective to client’s level of dedication and their body response.
- The advice and recommendations provided are for informational purposes only and should not replace professional medical or legal advice.
- Consult a qualified professional for medical or legal concerns.
Platform Usage:
The platform’s terms of use and privacy policy also apply to all services.
Recording and Sharing:
E-meetings may not be recorded or shared without explicit consent from all parties involved.
Liability:
The platform and specialists are not liable for any direct or indirect consequences resulting from the advice provided during the sessions.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis for technical issues or extraordinary circumstances.
- Conversion rates from any currency to Arab Emirates Dirhams are to the nearest figure subject to exchange rate changes.
- Refunds are subject to the charges set by the payment gateway that should be covered by the customer.
- In the event of approved refunds to customers, customers have the option to either exchange for a different product/service or provide their bank details for a refund transfer.
- Refunds for customers with bank accounts within the UAE may take 1-5 working days at most. For transfers outside the UAE, processing times will be advised in accordance with the policies of each respective bank.
